Get an exfoliating facial scrub and gently wash for face with it in the shower. I’ve been desperate and used tape to help remove the larger pieces of dead skin as well >.<
Also, the best thing you can do for your skin is moisturize! Get yourself a bottle of facial moisturizer and use it while you’re at school to keep yourself from looking "flaky". Also, use aloe gel on your face tonight and that will help significantly.
