I’m curious why you don’t use Sculptra to retore volume to the face?
    Just curious.

too expensive. problems with nodules. takes too long to see results. cannot be safely and reasonably used around the eye area. i think i have a couple of videos on that.

Restylane worries me around the eyes, especially if inside the obicularis oculi area. Restlylane is not as smooth as some of the other products on the market like Teosyal and juvederm ultra. There is a bit of a history of nodules with restylane. As regards Sculptra, it has worked well on my patients but through my consultations they are told that they must be committed to after care, with massage,so to prevent nodules. I agree about the time it takes to see results, but it looks natural. Marion

Having heard your other fantastic lectures, you sound a bit tired in this one Sam.

    could be. can’t remember.

i have found restylane to be smoother around the eyes than juvederm since it does not spread out from the rim like juvederm. both are good products though. everything is technique dependent.
